COPIA's 3rd Annual Artisan Event: Artisan Wine, Food & Art Festival
COPIA's 3rd Annual Artisan Event: Artisan Wine, Food & Art Festival
Application Deadline: 12/18/06
COPIA is pleased to present our third annual Artisan event titled Artisan Wine, Food & Art Festival on Saturday, January 20, 2007 from 12:00 – 4:00 PM. Last year’s event showcased 57 boutique wineries and welcomed over 400 guests. This year, we will not only be showcasing a variety of wonderful artisan wineries but also inviting local artisan food purveyors to sample their products and Bay Area artists to display artwork throughout the facility. We anticipate welcoming more than 800 guests and 20 – 30 artists along with 60 wineries and 20 food purveyors.
We would like to invite you to participate as an exhibiting artist in this year’s Artisan Wine, Food and Art Festival. You’ll have the opportunity to interact with our food, wine and art-savvy visitors, and to sell your artwork to this knowledgeable group.
In addition, we have some very limited opportunities for artist’s demos on this day. If you would like to have the chance to showcase your skills by demonstrating your art or craft, please indicate this on your registration form.
As a participating artist, you will be listed on our web site, listed in our event program and on marketing materials and signage throughout COPIA prior to and on the day of the event. (Please note: SPACE IS LIMITED! To be included in the event and in print material you will need to send or fax back a completed participation form on or before December 18, 2006). If you do participate, you will receive two complimentary tickets for the event so that you can invite friends, family or customers to attend.
Upon receipt of your completed Registration Form and Exhibitor Invoice, we will send you a confirmation package in early January with additional information about the event along with print and digital marketing materials for you to share with your customers and associates.
We look forward to your participation. If you have any questions, please call Ainslie Bruneau at 707-265-5952 or email abruneau@copia.org.
Sincerely,
Ainslie Bruneau
